Silent Mills reopens Saturday and Halloween

The junior class at the Carrier Mills-Stonefort High School are doing well with their "Silent Mills" haunted house fundraiser.

The juniors have raised nearly $1,500 in two weekends and plan to have the haunted house open again this Saturday and on Halloween night.

This Saturday, the "Silent Mills" will be open from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Halloween night, the hours will be 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the old NAPA building on North Main Street.

The juniors invite anyone who hasn't toured their mansion of terror to come by and be ready to have the living daylights scared out of them. Hot chocolate will be available for purchase either to fortify "guests" before the tour of fright or to restore their nerves afterwards.
