Eagles stay perfect in triangular win

Eldorado got a 36 from Noah Smith, who took overall medalist honors in a triangular with Hamilton County and Norris City Omaha-Enfield Tuesday afternoon.

Smith's even-par round helped the Eagles to a 171, beating Hamilton County (179) and NOCE (194) as EHS improved to 5-0 on the season.

Canon Weatherly backed Smith up with a 43, while Austin Willis had a 45 for Eldorado and Kaiden Lloyd rounded out the four-person scoring, firing a 47.

Nick Stanford shot a 51 and Zac Stanford finished with a 68.

<b>EHS girls finish middle of the pack</b>

The Eldorado girls' golf team shot a 220, finishing behind of Woodlawn (217), but ahead of Hamilton County (226) in a triangular match Tuesday in Hamilton County.

The Eagles were led by a 52 from Alexa Haenel, while Hannah Clark carded a 51, Adrienne Poore fired a 55 and Teegan Stanley rounded out the four-person scoring with a 62.

Cooper Cain and Karis Lane had a pair of 71's for for Eldorado.

Hamilton County's Kylee Vaughan took overall medalist honors, shooting a 36.
