Betty Roberts of Eldorado

ELDORADO – Betty Roberts, 73, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017, in Eldorado.

She was born July 17, 1943, in Grayville to the late Marvin and Gladys (Droomgol) White. On March 6, 1973, she married Clarence E Roberts Sr., and he preceded her in death on March 29, 1990.

Betty was a pipe liner for BP Petroleum.

Survivors include her daughter, Leasia (Mark) Alecci of Harrisburg; stepchildren, Clarence "Duke" Roberts Jr. of Centralia, Roda Dennis of Enfield, Melissa Tucker of Mount Vernon and Janny Roberts of Nashville; four grandchildren, Brandi (Charles) Presley of Lincoln, California, Bridget (Nathan) Baugher of Eldorado, Brooke (Eric) Suits of Stafford, Virginia, and Johnmark Alecci of Prattville, Alabama; nine great-grandchildren, Sophia Presley, Will Presley, Grace Presley, Luke Baugher, Levi Baugher, Landon Suits, Carter Suits, Allie Suits and Maddie Suits; two brothers, J.P. White of Dorset, Ohio, and Marion White of Eldorado; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Rodney Williams; and sister, Carolyn White.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, in Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado with Scott Pilkington officiating. Burial will be in Douglass Cemetery.
