Henry Lee 'Hank' Dooley Jr.

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Henry Lee "Hank" Dooley, Jr., 34, of Harrisburg, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, at his residence in Harrisburg.

Hank was born on Dec. 26, 1975, in Harrisburg, to Henry Lee Dooley Sr. and Teala (Wallace) Dooley. Hank was a veteran with service in the United States Marine Corps. He loved rottweilers and was a member of the American Kennel Club.

Hank is survived by his parents, Henry Lee and Teala Dooley; three brothers, Daniel Dooley and wife Krystal of Harrisburg, John Dooley of Stonefort and Eric Ferguson of Herrin; and three nieces, Tara, Isabella and Gabriella.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. The Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate and burial will follow in Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Harrisburg American Legion Post No. 167. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Southern Illinois and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
