Obituary: Paul R. Goss

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Paul R. Goss, 66, of 720 Panama St., Eldorado, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2011 at his residence.

He was born in Eldorado on April 18, 1945, to the late Dwain and Edith (Gladson) Goss. On Sept. 28, 1965, he married the former Helen Kingston, who survives in Eldorado. He was a computer programmer for the state of Illinois and he was a Army veteran serving in Vietnam. He was a member of Eldorado American Legion and the Eldorado V.F.W.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Jason Goss of Springfield and Jeremy Goss of Eldorado; one daughter, Joanna Rose of Eldorado; eight grandchildren, Justin Rose, Dalton Goss, Austin Goss, Lexie Goss, Kaleb Knox, Jace Knox, Jadyn Koeller and Dylan Fortner; one great-grandchild, Addi Rose; two brothers, Dwain Lee (Diane) Goss of Paducah, Ky. and Wilburn (Bonnie) Goss of Eldorado; and one sister, Melissa Banks and her companion, Owen Brill of Eldorado.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Martin.

At his wishes, he was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the charge of Watson Funeral Home, Eldorado.
