Obituary: Nettie Ann Goff

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Nettie Ann Goff, 74, of Eldorado passed away Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at her residence.

She was born on July 25, 1937, in Hamburg Township to the late J.I. and Fern (Busler) Gholson. On July 13, 1962 she married Larry Goff, and he preceded her in death on April 3, 2010.

Nettie was an outgoing woman who was loved by many. She and Larry owned and operated Goff Oil Co. in Eldorado for many years.

She is survived by her children, Beth Ann Goff of Eldorado and Justin Goff of Eldorado; an aunt, Sibyl Erikson; and multiple cousins.

Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday Feb. 7, 2012, at the Watson Funeral Home with the Rev. Walter Baker officiating. Burial will be in Tate's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials in her memory to the Tate's Chapel Cemetery or Hospice of Southern Illinois and they can be left at the funeral home.
