Donald Gordon Wallace

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Donald Gordon Wallace, 64 of Junction, died Friday, April 2, 2010, in Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Ind., after an extended illness.

Gordon, as most knew him, was born in Harrisburg on April 13, 1945, to the late Donald and Martha (Brewington) Wallace. On June 10, 1966, he married the love of his life, Delores (Spain) Wallace, who survives.

Gordon was retired from Peabody Coal after 28 years working as a surveyor. He was a member of the Rocky Branch Social Brethren Church. He loved to hunt, fish, and visit with his friends. He was a good husband, father and friend and will be missed.

Gordon is survived by his wife, Dolores, of Junction along with a son and daughter-in-law, Kevin (Elena) Wallace of Ballwin, Mo.; and two grandchildren, Aleksandra and Natalya Wallace.

Services for Gordon will be private and the interment will be in Bruce Chapel Cemetery near Carmi.
