</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Victor W. "Vic" Rapp, 84, Dahlgren, died 9:12 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, at his residence.

A funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at St. Johns Catholic Church in Dahlgren with Msgr. Joseph Lawler, Fr. Eugene Kreher and Fr. Slawomir Ptak officiating. Burial will be in St. Johns Cemetery in Dahlgren with graveside military rites by McLeansboro American Legion Post No. 106. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at the church. Arrangements are in the charge of Gholson Funeral Home, Dahlgren.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty" Rapp; three sons; three daughters-in-law; five daughters; five sons-in-law; a brother; a sisters; a brother-in-law; a sister-in-law; 18 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
