Storm Stories Leap Day Tornado program to air this week

SOUTHERN ILLINOIS - A program about the 2012 Leap Day tornado will air three more times this week.

The episode of "Storm Stories" will air at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, and at noon and 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7 on The Weather Channel. A Storm Stories team visited the region earlier this year to film interviews with local residents affected by the tornado.

Many interviews were conducted at the Lafayette Inn in Harrisburg.

The program originally aired last weekend, but will be broadcast three additional times this week.
