Marion man charged with shooting Sunday
MARION - A 41-year-old Marion man - Demetrius D. Crittendon - was arrested today (Monday) in connection with a shooting at the intersection of North Vicksburg and West Goodall streets.
Marion officers responded to a call at 12:22 a.m. Sunday when informed that a male subject had been shot during an argument at the intersection. The victim had been transported away from the scene and was located at an apartment in the 700 block of South Bentley Street. 
The victim was identified as Ray Paul Jordan, 36, of Paducah. He was transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion and later airlifted to St. Louis University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation led to Crittendon's arrest. He is presently being held at the Williamson County Jail pending formal charges.
