Joe G. Crabb, age 88, of Dixon Springs, Illinois passed away on December 27, 2015 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.

Celebration of life will be 2:00 pm on Saturday April 30, 2016 at the Crabb's residence 154 Hound Ridge Road, Grantsburg, IL. Military rites will be conducted by VFW Post 9227, American Legion Post 719 of Golconda. Light refreshments will be served bring a lawn chair and memory to share.

For those wishing to honor him, the family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Illinois Trail of Tears Association (P.O. Box 313, Anna, IL 62906), the Pope County Historical Society (P.O. Box 837, Golconda, IL 62938), or the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center (Lourdes Foundation, P.O. Box 7100, Paducah, KY 42002).
