Paula Schmink

<span style="font-family: Georgia;"><span style="font-size: small;">Paula Schmink, 79, of Harrisburg passed away 8:48 AM Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Harrisburg Medical Center.</span></span>

<span style="font-family: Georgia;"><span style="font-size: small;">She was born September 20, 1936 in Harrisburg, the daughter of Paul and Josephine McElroy Holland. She was a retired business manager at Harrisburg Medical Center and a member of the Harrisburg First United Methodist Church. On December 25, 1954 she married Max Swan and he preceded her in death on August 29, 1989. She later married Rev. George Schmink on January 8, 1994 and he survives. </span></span>

<span style="font-family: Georgia;"><span style="font-size: small;">Survivors include her husband, Rev. George Schmink, 2 daughters; Gina & Doug Newlin of Pittsburg, IL and Cindy & Scott Sissom of Kellyville, OK, 1 sister, Mary Alice & Lonnie Ward of Highland Ranch, CO and a sister in law, Karen Holland of Eldorado. 4 stepsons, Mark & Nanette Schmink of Rochester Hills, MI, Rick & Jane Schmink of Genoa, IL Rob Schmink of Harrisburg and Keith & Diane Schmink of Pontiac, IL. 1 daughter in law Melissa & Bobby Wallace of Champagne, IL. 14 grandchildren, Adam Shane Parks, Tati- ana Marie Sissom , Erin Leigh Sissom, Matthew, Whitney, Danielle Schmink, Kirk, Katelyn, Abigail, Jennifer and Laura and 12 great grandchildren, Kaleb Greer, Aden Parks, Ethan, James, Reagan, Madison, Cole, Luke, Elise, Nolan, Caden and Chloe. </span></span>

<span style="font-family: Georgia;"><span style="font-size: small;">She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Max Swan and a brother Perry Holland. </span></span>

<span style="font-family: Georgia;"><span style="font-size: small;">Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Harris- burg First United Meth- odist Church with Pastor Christine Cunningham officiating. Friends may call at the First United Methodist Church in Harrisburg after 9 AM Friday. The J. M. Weir- auch Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. </span></span>
