Betty Lou Davis, 78, Eldorado

Betty Lou Davis, 78, resident of Eldorado passed away Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Ferrell Hospital. Betty was born February 28, 1927 to the late George and Pauline (McMurtry) Woolard.

On December 30, 1956 she married Billy Ray Davis who preceded her in death December 20, 1981.

Betty is survived by two sons; Roger Davis of Eldorado, Ray Davis of Denton, TX, three grandchildren; Aaron Davis of TX, Todd (Laura) Davis of Eldorado, Molly Davis of Eldorado, two nieces; Kim (Don) Hall of TX, Rachelle Moody of TX, two nephews; George T. Woolard of TX, Sam Walker of IN, two great grandchildren, and her two dear pets that she greatly adored; Max and Rusty.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a brother; George Thomas Woolard, a sister; Barbara Ann Walker, a nephew; Lyle Walker and a niece; Mary Ann Walker.

As per Betty's wishes, she was cremated and no public services are planned at this time. Colonial Terrace Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with cremation.
