Mark Andrew Miller, 54, Harrisburg

Mark Andrew Miller, age 54, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2016, due to a drowning accident.

Mark was born on June 5, 1961 in Carbondale to Edward Miller, Sr. and the late Jean Miller. He attended Murphysboro High School and attended Harrisburg High School his senior year.

Surviving family members include his 2 children: Drake Andrew Miller of Harrisburg; and Chase Edward Miller of Wayne City, IL; stepson Zachary Phillips of Harrisburg; father and step-mother: Edward W. and Linda Miller, Sr. of Harrisburg; brother: Edward W. and wife (Terri) Miller, Jr. of Murphysboro, IL; fiancé: Debbie Martin of Granite City, IL; and a niece and nephew. Mark was preceded in death by his mother: Jean Miller, and both maternal and paternal grandparents.

Services will be 1PM Friday, January 29, 2015 at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. Rev. Don Puckett officiating. There will be no graveside service. Visitation will be 12 Noon to 1PM Friday at Reed Funeral Chapel. The family would prefer donation to the Chase Miller Scholarship Fund at Clay City Banking Company.
