Peggy Sue Duncan, 50, Harrisburg

Peggy Sue Duncan, age 50 of Harrisburg, passed away at 10:10 AM, Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Peggy was born on June 1, 1965 to Noble Dale Duncan and Dorothy (Syers) Duncan, at the Irwin Army Hospital in Fork Riley, Kansas. Peggy worked in housekeeping for Dr. Alexander.

Peggy is survived by her mother, Dorothy Duncan; brother, William A. Duncan and wife Lisa of Evansville, Indiana; nephew, Christopher J. Duncan and wife Nicole of Harrisburg; great nieces and nephews, Samantha Duncan, Damein Taylor and Brittiany Sheldon; cousins, Richard Fulkerson and wife Cindy, Mike Syers and wife Tammy, Julie Dunn and husband Steve; uncle Tom Syers and wife Sue; special friends, David and Clarence McClosky.

Peggy was preceded in death by her father, Noble Dale Duncan, and aunt and uncle, Letha Fulkerson and husband Ward.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, January 8, 2016 at Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Paul "Skipper" Duncan and Rosalie Davis will officiate and burial will follow in Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Those wishing to attend should gather at the cemetery.
