Hannah Lucille Gulley Oglesby Murphy, 81, Harrisburg

Hannah Lucille Gulley Oglesby Murphy of Harrisburg passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 8:10 a.m. Hannah was born on August 3, 1934 to the late Clayborn and Bessie (Horton) Gulley of Harrisburg.

Hannah is survived by five children Melinda (Jeff) Jones of Harrisburg, Greg (Sheryl) Oglesby of Eldorado, Stephen (Debbie) Oglesby of Raleigh, Mark (Jena) Oglesby of Galatia and Preston Oglesby of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren Natalie Jones of Harrisburg, Miranda (Blaine) Hust of Houston TX, Amy (Matt) Mings of Jeffersonville IN, Ashley (Brent) Davis of Harrisburg, Zachary (Sumer) Oglesby of Marion, Gabe Oglesby of Raleigh, Amanda (Justin) Fetcho of Herrin, Kasey Jo Oglesby of Galatia, Jared (Amanda) Borders of DuQuoin, and Josh (Glenda) Hall of Raleigh. Hannah was blessed with five great grandchildren, Samuel and Isabelle Davis of Harrisburg, Lincoln Oglesby of Marion, Viviana Mings of Jeffersonville, IN, and Ashton Hall of Raleigh.

Hannah was preceded in death by two husbands, Glynn R. Oglesby and Dale Murphy and brothers, Kelly, Jack, Bob, and Earl Wayne Gulley. She is survived by siblings Alfred Gulley, Phyllis Seets, Beatrice Blackman and DeWayne Gulley and many nieces and nephews.

Hannah was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church south of Harrisburg. She retired from working at Bunny Bread several years ago.
