Roy Elmer Hagan, 75, Ledford

Roy Elmer Hagan, age 75, of the Ledford community, passed away at 2:40 a.m. Thursday-November 26, 2015 at his residence.

Elmer was born on February 11, 1940 in Saline County, IL son of the late Jessie Albert Hagan and Alma Isadora (Cash) Hagan.

He married the former Wilma Rose Beal on August 14, 1964 and she preceded him in death on December 28, 2012.

He attended the Leamington Church of God in Junction, a peacetime Navy Veteran, and a retired truck driver for Simpson Trucking.

Elmer is survived by a daughter; Samantha Barnett of Junction, and sons; Jessie Hagan of Evansville, IN, and Stacey Hagan of Weldon, IL

Seven grandchildren; Neal, Jessica, Camerondel, Rachael, Zada, Seth, and Ava

One great grandchild; Jessie

He was preceded in death in addition to his parents and wife, by two brothers; J.D. Hagan and Delmar Hagan.

In respect of his wishes, cremation has been accorded.
