Three arrested on drug-related offenses

<span>In a Monday news release, Randolph County Sheriff Shannon Wolff reported the arrest of three individuals on drug-related offenses.</span>

<span>Those arrested were 50-year-old Michael S. Recard, of Baldwin, 36-year-old Jesse E. Sellers, of Sparta, and 33-year-old Misty A. Loucks, also of Baldwin.</span>

<span>The charges were the result of a search warrant executed at 9214 State Route 154 in Baldwin as part of a combined investigation with the Illinois State Police Tactical Response team, ISP Meth Response team and the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.</span>

<span>Recard is charged the unlawful participation in manufacturing more than 100 grams, but less than 400 grams, of a substance containing meth; unlawful possession of cannabis - more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams - and unlawful possession of weapon by a felon.</span>

<span>Recard's bond was set at $250,000 and he remains incarcerated.</span>

<span>Sellers was charged with the unlawful participation in manufacturing - more than 100 grams but less than 400 grams - of a substance containing meth and unlawful possession of cannabis.</span>

<span>His bond was set at $100,000 and he posted $10,000 cash bond and was released.</span>

<span>Loucks was charged with unlawful participation in manufacturing more than 100 grams, but less than 400 grams, of a substance containing meth and the unlawful possession of cannabis (more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams).</span>

<span>Loucks bond was set at $100,000 and she remains incarcerated.</span>
