Arrests

Illinois State Police arrested:

Tammy Jo Martinez, 22, of Galatia at 12:10 a.m. on Monday on a charge of domestic battery. She remained held at the Saline County Detention Center awaiting appearance before a judge.

Tickets

Saline County Sheriff's Deputies ticketed:

Penny M. Driscoll, 61, of Elizabethtown at 2 p.m. on Wednesday for failure to yield to avoid an accident while turning left on Hwy. 34 at Harco Rd. She was issued a notice to appear in court.
