Laura K. Hanrahan, 21, of Harrisburg, on May 28 at 12:52 a.m. on a charge of speeding. She was traveling 73 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone on southbound Rt. 145 at Butler Rd. She was issued a notice to appear in court.

Nicolas R. Foster, 16, of Harrisburg, on May 26 at 9:59 p.m. on Barnett Rd. at Gibbons Ln. on a charge of operating an uninsured vehicle. He was issued a notice to appear in court.
