Arrests

Harrisburg Police arrested:

Jeremiah Clinton Morgan, 31, of Harrisburg at 11:40 a.m. on May 21 on a charge of aggravated battery. He was released on $1,000 cash bond.

Aaron Lee Griggs, 41, of Harrisburg at 7:35 p.m. on May 21 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on $300 cash bond.

Eldorado Police arrested:

Julian Valentin Rodriguez, 19, of Eldorado at 12:25 p.m. on May 23 on charges of possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis over 30 grams, aggravated assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, and manufacturing and delivery of cannabis over 30 grams. He remained held at the Saline County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.

Saline County Sherriff's Deputies arrested:

Evan James Hunt, 22, of Carrier Mills at 11:45 a.m. on May 23 on a charge of domestic battery. He remained held at the Saline County Detention Center awaiting appearance before a judge.

Robert Austin Neel, 25, of Carrier Mills at 8:15 a.m. on May 25 on charges of disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon and aggravated assault. He was released on $300 cash bond.

Tickets

Illinois State Police issued tickets to:

Jeffrey A. Baxter of Murphysboro at 12:40 a.m. on May 24 on the northbound lane of US 45 at Garner Rd. in Rector on a charge of speeding 73 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. He was issued a notice to appear in court.

Terry R. Crowe, 63, of Elizabethtown at 8:48 p.m. on May 23 on Sloan Rd. and Commercial Rd. in Harrisburg on a charge of failure to wear a seatbelt. Crowe was released on $60 bond without a court appearance required.

Keysha T. Dismuke, 26, of Carrier Mills at 9:53 a.m. on May 25 in Harrisburg on US 45 and Rays Rd. on a charge of no child restraint under 8-years-old. She was issued a notice to appear in court.

Daniel Mullen, 67, at 11:01 a.m. on May 24 in Eldorado on US 45 and Cook Rd. on a charge of speeding 77 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. He was issued a notice to appear in court.

Harrisburg police issued tickets to:

Colten R. Thetford, 21, at 4:42 p.m. on May 22 in Harrisburg on Rt. 45 at the Joyner Therapy entrance on charges of leaving the scene of an accident where vehicle damage was incurred, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was issued a notice to appear in court.

Joshua Dardeen, 22, at 11:36 p.m. on May 23 at 600 W. Poplar St. on charges of possession of drug equipment and possession of drugs. He was issued a notice to appear in court.

Malaina Lane, 28, at 11:36 p.m. on May 23 at 600 W. Poplar St. on charges of possession of drug equipment and possession of drugs. She was issued a notice to appear in court.
