Reid Roper - Illinois

Roper went 1-for-3 with an RBI and a walk as Illinois knocked off Nebraska 3-2 in the Big Ten Tournament at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Ryne Roper - Illinois

Roper finished 2-for-3 with a run scored as the Illini came from behind to beat Nebraska 3-2 in the Big Ten Tournament Thursday at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Denton Reed - SIU-Edwardsville

Reed capped off his season and career at SIU-E by going 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in a 8-5 loss to Jacksonville Sate in the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament in Jackson, Tenn., Thursday. Reed went 2-for-5 Wednesday, belting a home run in a 9-7 loss to Belmont at the OVC Tournament as he finished with an RBI, scored two runs and stole a base in the loss.

Logan Leverett - Illinois State

Levertt's campaign and season at Illinois State came to a close Thursday in a 7-1 loss to SIU at the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament. The former Harrisburg standout went 1-for-3 with a strikeout and was hit by a pitch. Leverett finished 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in Illinois State's 4-3 loss to Wichita State in the MVC Tournament opener Wednesday night in Wichita, Kansas.

Lindsey Murray - SIU

Murray will be one of 19 representatives for the Salukis at this year's NCAA West Region Preliminary Round Championships, held May 28-30 at the University of Texas. Murray was the highest-ranked freshman pole vaulter of the indoor season after a ninth-place finish at the national meet for Second-Team All-American honors, qualifies as the 12th-best pole vaulter this outdoor season at 4.22m (13-10.00). SIU's all-time record holder is coming off a runner-up finish at the conference meet. Murray also has an overall PR of 4.30m (14-01.25), the indoor school record. To qualify for the first round of the championships, student-athletes must have finished the season ranked in the top-48 of their individual events or as a member of a top-24 relay team in their respective regions' final qualifying list (East or West), which was released by the NCAA on Thursday. From there, the top-12 finalists in each event from each regional meet advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Ore., on June 10-13.
