OBITUARY: Shirley Ann Dale

Shirley Ann Dale, 57 of Ridgway, passed away at her home 8:55 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2015.

She was born on Sept. 30, 1957, in Carmi, the daughter of Robert and Martha (Copeland) Russell. Shirley married her husband, Kenneth Dale on March 10, 2006. She attended the Ridgway United Methodist Church.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Kenneth Dale of Ridgway; two daughters, Jennifer Ochoaguzman and Barsain Lopez of Owensboro, Ky., Gina and Bryan Feldpausch of Owensboro, Ky.; one son, Perry Shelton Jr. and Hanna Carr of Owensboro, Ky.; one stepdaughter, Rosa Wilson of Saltillo, Miss.; one stepson, Brian Todd also of Saltillo, Miss.; her sister, Linda Green of Fresno, Calif.; eight grandchildren, Joseph, Perla, Brandon, Huntor, Nathan, Seth, Shalynn, and Kenzie; one expected grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Wanda Holbrook; and one brother, Joseph Funkhouser.

Visitation for Shirley will be held 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway. The Rev. Scott Pilkington will be officiating. Internet condolences may be sent to the website www.vickeryfuneralchapel.com.
