OBITUARY: Kimberly Jane Hale

Kimberly Jane Hale, 49, of Harrisburg, passed away at 2.09 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, at her residence.

On April 11, 2015, Kimberly Hale received her complete healing as she went to be in the arms of Jesus. Her whole life was devoted to her husband, Doug Hale, and her two sons, Chris and Brandon. They were her world and nothing made her more proud than the men in her life. When it came to Chris and Brandon, she was always their number one fan.

In recent years she experienced another joy, her grandchildren. Kim loved Hayden and Jamisen. She loved spending time with them and lit up when talking about them. They brought her much happiness.

Kim was an inspiration to all who knew her. She was loved by many people. She was an incredible woman of faith and everyone who met her knew it. Kim was a beautiful and strong woman who faced her battle with grace and dignity. When she talked about her future she did not have any fear. Kim lived out 2 Timothy 4:7: "She fought the good fight, she finished the race, she kept the faith." Kim won her battle because her Lord and Savior called her home.

She was born on Jan. 13, 1966, in Rosiclare to Jack and Beulah (Atkinson) Hayden. On Nov. 12, 1994, she married Doug Hale and he survives. She was a secretary for Primary Care Group and attended Dorrisville Baptist Church.

Surviving family members include her parents, Jack and Beulah Hayden of Rosiclare; her husband, Doug Hale of Harrisburg; two sons, Chris and wife Erin Street and Brandon Hale, both of Harrisburg; two grandchildren, Hayden Street and Jamisen Green of Harrisburg; three brothers, Ed and wife Tammy Hayden of Golconda, Bill and wife Lisa Hayden of Rosiclare and Waylon Hayden of Rosiclare; her mother-in-law, Charlotte Hale of Harrisburg; and brother-in-law, Kenny Hale of Harrisburg.
