OBITUARY: Gladys Catherine Randolph

Gladys Catherine Randolph, 89 of Irmo, S.C., passed away Friday, April 3, 2015, at the Palmetto Health Care in Columbia, S.C.

She was born Feb. 5, 1926, the daughter of Earl T. and Bertha Rardin. She was married to Brooks Knox Randolph and he preceded her in death in July of 2001.

Surviving are two brothers, Daniel (Robbie) Randolph of Crown Point, Ind., and Gordon Randolph and John Darkwood of Granger, Ind.; two daughters, Sandy (Terry) Lunn of Irmo, S.C., and Velina (Bill) Hartmann of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.; one sister, Hazel Gregor of Hobart, Ind.; and 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceeded in death by her parents; her husband, Brooks; son, Jeffrey Randolph; sister, Delores Grahaml; and a granddaughter, Jasey Randolph.

Graveside services will preceed burial Thursday, April 9, 2015, at the Macedonia Cemetery in Mitchellville with Michael Gregor officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg.
