Capel Henshaw - Lewis University
Henshaw netted five points, playing 14 minutes in Lewis University's 98-70 win over McKendree Saturday night. Henshaw was 1-for-3 from the field and went 2-for-2 from the free throw line, while grabbing four boards. On Thursday, Henshaw scored three points in the Flyers' 83-78 win over Illinois-Springfield. The sophomore went 1-for-2 from the floor and grabbed three boards, while playing 11 minutes.
Tyler Smithpeters - SIU
Smithpeters finished with six points in SIU's 78-58 road loss to Indiana State Saturday. Smithpeters went 2-for-3 from the field, grabbing four rebounds, handing out two assists and had a block in 28 minutes of action.
Keelin Rasch - Louisiana-Monroe
Rasch drove in three runs in Sunday's 8-7 loss to Stephen F. Austin. Rasch finished up a weekend going a combined 5-for-12 with five RBI, two runs, a walk, a strikeout and a stolen base as the Warhawks went 2-1 against the Lumberjacks, winning 5-0 and 10-3 Saturday.
Logan Leverett - Illinois State University
Leverett hit a two-out, tie-breaking grand slam in the top of the ninth as the Illinois State baseball team rallied for a 7-3 win over Southeast Missouri State Friday night at McNeese State's Cowboy Diamond. Leverett went 6-for-14 over the weekend with nine RBI and three runs for the Redbirds.
Reid Roper - Illinois
Roper went a combined 4-for-7 with an RBI, three runs scored, a stolen base and two walks as Illinois won a pair of games, beating Fordham 7-6 and Florida Gulf Coast University 13-2.
Ryne Roper - Illinois
Roper went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI, a run and a walk in the Illini's 6-0 win over Fordham.
Denton Reed - SIU-E
Reed went 1-for-5 with a run in SIU-E's 6-2 loss to Oral Roberts University. Reed finished a combined 1-for-12 with a walk and a strikeout as the Cougars dropped three over the weekend.
Lindsey Murray - SIU
Murray won yet another pole vault title in a stacked Saluki top-three. Murray cleared 3.87m (12-08.25) for the win. Murray's SIU all-time record of 4.30m (14-01.25) ranks 10th in the NCAA this season and first in the Missouri Valley by a wide margin. Murray is one of only two female vaulters in the history of the MVC to clear 14 feet.
