Several January sentences announced

Saline County State's Attorney Mike Henshaw has announced several sentences of individuals by Judge Walden Morris in January.

Dusty D. Bozarth was sentenced Jan. 14 to 2 1/2 years in Illinois Department of Corrections and one year mandatory supervised release for retail theft and an additional 2 1/2 years IDOC and one year supervised release on a separate retail theft charge.

Amanda M. Price was sentenced Jan. 20 to 2 1/2 years IDOC and one year supervised release also for retail theft.

Amanda S. Kendrick was sentenced Jan. 21 by Judge Walden Morris to four years IDOC and one year mandatory supervised release for unlawful possession of controlled substance.

Wendell G. Barger was sentenced Jan. 22 to six years IDOC and 2 years mandatory supervised release for unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material.

Michael D. Christian was sentenced Jan. 27 to five years IDOC and one year mandatory supervised release for meth possession.

Brian G. Stafford was sentenced Jan. 27 to three years IDOC and one year mandatory supervised release for retail theft over $300.
