OBITUARY: Gertrude Sally Lampert

Gertrude Sally Lampert Owen, 84 of Broughton, died Jan. 19, 2015, in Evansville, Ind.

She was born in Sparks Hill on April 1, 1925, to the late George and Marie (Ozee) Kenreck.

She was preceded in death by a husband, William Dude Lampert, in 1976.

She is survived by her children, Dennis (Carmen) Lampert of Broughton and June (Darwyn) Daymon of Cave-In-Rock. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and her special friend, Carl Smith of Dale.

She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Chrissy Williams and Darryl Daymon; three brothers; and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015, at the Watson funeral home in Eldorado. Burial will be in Mt. Zion cemetery in Cave-In-Rock. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
