OBITUARY: Mildred Helen Birch

Mildred Helen Birch, 91, resident of Eldorado, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, at her residence.

Helen was born Oct. 7, 1923, in Anneta, Ky., to the late William Louis and Nannie (Goff) Decker. On May 28, 1955, she married James Weldon Birch who preceded her in death Nov. 13, 2005. She and her husband owned and operated their accounting business in Eldorado for over 40 years. She was a faithful member of the Gospel Assembly Church.

Helen is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with the Rev. L.D. Jolly officiating. Burial will be in Lindale Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Friday to service time at the funeral home.
