OBITUARY: John Ed Gooch

John Ed Gooch, 62, of Evansville, Ind., formerly of Eldorado, died Monday, Nov. 3, 2014, in Evansville.

He was born on Oct. 10, 1952, in Evansville, Ind., to Robert Edward Gooch and Donna (Falk) Downey. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 748 A.F. & A.M. of Evansville and the Hadi Shrine of Evansville. He was the owner of Premier Auto sales in Evansville for 25 years. He has been in the auto sales for 40 years and was a auto and boat enthusiast and enjoyed riding motorcycles.

He is survived by his mother Donna Downey of Eldorado; a great-granddaughter, Jessica Gourley of Evansville; two cousins, Tommy Falk and Jerry Falk of Waterloo; three second cousins, Thomas Falk, Lauren Falk and Henry Ames of Eldorado.

Funeral Services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, with Masonic rights followed by funeral services. The Rev. Russell Helton will officiate. Visitation is Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, beginning at 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Eldorado.
