OBITUARY: Janet Louise (Gibbs) Pennington

Janet Louise (Gibbs) Pennington, 66, of Eldorado, died Oct. 20, 2014, in Evansville, Ind.

She was born on May 2, 1948, to the late Gene and Betty Herron. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Pennington.

She is survived by her three sons, Randy (Cindy) Carmickle, James Carmickle and friend Tammy and Jess and Sheilly Gibbs. Also surviving are six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She worked as a certified nurse assistant. She loved outings and working puzzles.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, at Wolf Creek Cemetery. There will be a gathering at Randy and Cindy's house afterwards at 2814 Jones St. in Eldorado.
