OBITUARY: Georgann "Ann" Easley
Georgann "Ann" Easley, 75, a resident of rural Vienna, passed away at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky.
Ann was born Aug. 30, 1939, in Belton, Mo. She was the daughter of C.L. and Alice Doretha (Palmer) Lawrence.
On Dec. 11, 1956, Ann was united in marriage to Steve Easley at Corinth, Miss. He survives. In addition to her husband, Ann is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, T.J. and Cheryl Ann Easley of Vienna; a grandson, Dylan Easley; and a brother, Richard Lee Lawrence of Harrisburg.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Vinyard.
Ann was a 1956 graduate of the Harrisburg High School. She had worked as a retail sales clerk and an office clerk. Ann had formerly served as the manager of the Harrisburg Credit Bureau. She was also the co-owner and operator of Rainbow Ceramics in Vienna for 10 years.
Ann loved spending time with her family and especially cherished the time she spent with her grandson, Dylan.
A memorial gathering for family and friends honoring the life of Ann Easley will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna.
