Maribel L. Klindworth (Harmon)
Maribel L. Klindworth (Harmon), age 80, of The Villages, Florida, died peacefully Sunday, October 28<span class="s1"><sup>th</sup></span>, 2014.
Maribel was born to Lacy and Alma Harmon and was raised on a farm, near New Palestine, Illinois, in Randolph County. She graduated from Chester High School in 1952. After high school Maribel worked at the court house in Chester, Ill. Shortly afterwards she met her husband of 48 years, Bob Klindworth.
During their married life they lived in Tennessee, Georgia, Indiana, and Florida-making many friends along the way. While living in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Maribel enjoyed working as a Real Estate agent for 20 years. In 1997 they relocated to The Villages.
Maribel was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she served on the building committee. Two of her favorite pastimes were golf, and bridge; but her passion was her family and friends.
She is survived and loved by Kay (John) Robertson of Warner Robins, GA, Angela (Kent) Knipstein of Orlando, FL, Joy (John) Pape of Ft. Wayne, IN, and eight grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her beloved sisters; Sylvia Runge and Marcy Smith, and much loved brother Lacy Harmon.
Services will be held on Saturday, October 11<span class="s1"><sup>th</sup></span>, 2:00 p.m. at Concordia Gardens, 5300 Lake Avenue, Ft. Wayne, IN 46815
