Eldorado approves buying $1,855 sewer vac hose

At the Tuesday meeting of the Eldorado City Council the purchase of an $1,855 layline jet rodder hose from Coe Equipment of Rochester was approved.

The hose is a piece of equipment used in a sewer vacuum truck.

Shipping charges had yet to be determined but would be included in the final price, according to Commissioner Robert Price.

The Council also approved $1,000 for pay to Police Chief Shannon Deuel to compensate for extra hours worked during Town & Country Days.
