A Job Well Done: Randee Slover Celebrating 40th Year as Fair Acres Nursing Home Administrator

A great healthcare career was celebrated on Wednesday as the staff at Fair Acres Nursing Home and the home's owner--Jamestown Management of Carbondale--came together to show their appreciation for administrator Randee Slover, who is celebrating 40 years there. Randee, left, came to Fair Acres on Aug. 29, 1974 and for the first 10 years worked for administrator Ruth Edwards. For the past 30 years, she has watched over the lives of her staff and the estimated 1,000 residents cared for during that career. "I love the residents," she said. That work will continue into the foreseeable future.
