DEATH NOTICE: James Robert "J.R." Tanner

James Robert "J.R." Tanner, 87, died 7:45 p.m. on Friday, July 25, 2014, at Shawnee Rose Care Center.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at the JM Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

He was the widower of Margaret Toth Tanner. He is survived by three children, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
