OBITUARY: Delbert Wayne Watt
Delbert Wayne Watt, 59 of Eldorado, passed away 9:37 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado.
He was born on Sept. 7, 1954, in Eldorado, the son of Delbert and Ruby (Winifred) Watt. Wayne married Brenda Lee Mazakis on Jan. 21, 1995, who survives. He was a boiler maker and mechanic and was a member of the Church of New Beginnings of Eldorado.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Brenda Watt of Eldorado; three daughters, Desiree Winifred Watt of Eldorado, Brandy Jo Swaggerty of Knoxville, Tenn., Jennifer Tolbert of Eldorado; son, Delbert Wayne Watt II of Eldorado; three stepdaughters, Sandra Lynn and Christopher Wellen of Broughton, Rossana Sue and James Walker of Carrier Mills, Elizabeth Diane Bonilla and Derrick Everett of Eldorado; sister, Sharon Wheeler; brother, Robert Leon Wheeler and Marilyn Debose of Eldorado; and 15 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; six stillborn infants; two sisters, Patty Parks and Brenda Bryant.
Visitation for Wayne will be held 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado. Funeral will be held at the Church of New Beginnings of Eldorado 11 a.m. Thursday, April 3, 2014, with the Rev. Toby Hise officiating. Burial will be at Wolf Creek Cemetery near Eldorado. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Brenda Watt.
