One day after Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni signed an anti-gay bill into law, a top newspaper in the country listed names of 200 alleged homosexuals. The new law tightened anti-gay laws, including making it a crime worthy of life in prison in some cases. The 200 names were accompanied by several photos as well.
