OBITUARY: Charles Earl Wright
Charles Earl Wright, age 65 of Stonefort, passed away at 7:49 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at his home as a result of a four-wheeler accident.
He was born on May 27, 1948, in Princeton, W.Va., to the late Junior Earl Wright and of Joyce McGraw Wright of Carrier Mills. He was married on Sept. 1, 1968, to the former Brinda Zettler who survives in Stonefort.
He was a Navy Veteran of the Viet Nam war, and was on the Navy Drill Team. Charles was a retired register nurse but most of all he was a son, a wonderful husband, dad, paw paw and brother. He will be greatly missed by his family and the many friends that he had.
He leaves to morn his passing his mother, Joyce, of Carrier Mills; his wife, Brinda; daughter: Brandi and Brian Dial of Harrisburg; two sons: Charlie and Brooke Wright of Dillon, S.C., and Doug and Bethany Wright of Marion; his precious grandchildren: Kallie McGuire and Jarrett Wright of Dillon, S.C.; Jake and Luke Wright of Marion; and Ghavin and Kaden Dial of Harrisburg; one sister: Joyce and Jerry Dame of Sesser; two brothers: Gary and Ginny Wright and David and Cindy Wright, both of Carrier Mills; several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and -nephews.
Charles was cremated and memorial services were held on Sunday afternoon in Stonefort.
Absher-Nicholson Funeral Home in Carrier Mills assisted the family with the cremation services.
