OBITUARY: Brandon Lee Pray

Brandon Lee Pray, 37 of Pittsburg, passed away at 11:18 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, at Herrin Hospital.

Brandon was born on July 24, 1976, in Hillsboro to Dwight and Marcia (Brown) Pray. Brandon worked at the White County Coal Preparation Plant. He was a member of the Dorrisville Baptist Church in Harrisburg.

Survivors include his parents: Dwight and Marcia Pray of Harrisburg; sister: Monica (Chuck) Wallace of Golconda; two nieces: Amber Barter of Pittsburg and Alexandra Wallace of Golconda; two nephews: Austin Wallace and Aaron Wallace of Golconda; two grandmothers: Ellen Snyder of Irving and Frances Pray of Coffeen.

He was preceded in death by grandfathers: Ed Brown, Dwight Eugene "Gene" Pray and Don Snyder; niece: Hadley Grace Wallace; and aunt: Marla Settle.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, at Dorrisville Baptist Church in Harrisburg. The Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014, at Dorrisville Baptist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the 4C's. Envelopes will be available at the church.
