OBITUARY: Billie June Marshall

Billie June Marshall, 77, resident of Eldorado, passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at her residence.

Billie was born March 14, 1936, in Eldorado. She married Charles P. Marshall who survives. Prior to retirement, Billie was the Social Services Director at the Eldorado Nursing Home.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Allen (Brenda) Marshall of Eldorado; two daughters, Charla (Brett) Stricklin of Galatia and Linda Marshall of Eldorado; four grandchildren, Chad (Erin) Marshall of Eldorado, Casey (Nathan Anheuser) Sheldon of DuQuoin, Tiffany (Marc) Reeder of Eldorado, Logan (Makaylynn Stevers) Sheldon of Galatia; great grandchildren, Tori, Hailey, Cade, Wiley, Max and Gage; and a brother-in-law, Paul Brockschmidt of Eldorado.

In addition to her mother, Pat Turner, she was preceded in death by a son, Mickey Lance Marshall; a brother, Sandie Blackwell; and a sister, Jerry Brockschmidt. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Helton and the Rev. Scott Pilkington officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, at the funeral home.
