DEATH NOTICE: Norman J. Rollins

Norman J. Rollins, age 84 of Oakland, Calif., formerly of Carrier Mills, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014.

Funeral services were conducted in California.

He is survived by his sister Emma J. (Jesse) Bobo, seven nieces and nephews and a sister-in-law.
