Today's News: Our Take - Lizzie McGuire Alum Daniel Escobar Dies at 49

Daniel Escobar, who played Lizzie McGuire's (Hilary Duff) teacher, Mr. Escobar, on the titular Disney series, died Friday, according to The Hollywood Reporter . He was 49.

Escobar died from complications from diabetes in a Los Angeles-area hospital.
