Zac Efron broke his jaw over the weekend, E! News reports.

Efron, 25, broke his jaw and sustained a gash to his head after he slipped on a puddle of water outside of his Los Angeles home. He now has his jaw wired shut.

"He's good," Efron's The Awkward Moment co-star Michael B. Jordan told the site. "He's going to be OK."

Efron's injury comes less than two months after news broke that he had completed a stint in rehab for an alleged cocaine addiction.
