OBITUARY: Margie T. Cozart
Margie T. Cozart, 88, 720 N. Mill St., Carrier Mills, died 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at Harrisburg Medical Center.
Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills. Visitation will be held 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery and the Rev. Greg Wheeler will officiate.
She was born on Nov. 10, 1924, in Scammon, Kan., to the late Fred and Pearl (Hoffman) Massingill.
She was married to Harry Cozart and he preceded her in death on March 19, 1999.
She was a retired purchasing secretary for the Brushy Creek Mine. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Harrisburg, and later joined the Dorrisville Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons: Barry (Maudie) Cascale of Oklahoma and Gregory (Diana) Wheeler of Carrier Mills; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Harry Cozart; sister: Eva Lanning and three brothers: Paul Massingill, Clyde Massingill and Joe Massingill.
