The Good Wife Swears In Arrested Development's Jeffrey Tambor

The Good Wife is adding a bit of Bluth for Season 5.

Jeffrey Tambor, best known as George Bluth Sr./Oscar Bluth on Arrested Development , will guest-star in the CBS drama's fifth season premiere, The Huffington Post reports.

The screen vet will play a judge who's in a race against the clock for a case involving the death penalty. Tambor joins an elite group of actors who have portrayed judges on The Good Wife, including Denis O'Hare, Ana Gasteyer, Bebe Neuwirth, Jerry Stiller and David Paymer.

The Good Wife casts Outsourced alum as ... the new Cary?!

In addition to Arrested Development, Tambor is known for his work on The Larry Sanders Show and The Hangover .

The Good Wife's new season premieres on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 9/8c on CBS.
