DEATH NOTICE: Gene Sledge

Gene Sledge, 84, Houston, Texas, formerly of Wayne City, died 8:30 a.m. Saturday, June 15, 2013.

Graveside funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Thomason Cemetery in Wayne City.

He is survived by two sons, two daughters, 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
