OBITUARY: Thelma L. "Nipper" Farris

Thelma L. "Nipper" Farris, 88, died 12:25 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2013, at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Thursday until service time.

She is survived by three sons; five daughters; a brother, a sister, 24 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and a number of great-great-grandchildren.
