OBITUARY: Maggie Joy Cockrum

Maggie Joy Cockrum, passed away at 3:55 a.m. Sunday, May 26, 2013, at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, St. Louis, in the arms of her parents.

Baby Maggie was born on May 24, 2013, at Heartland Regional Health Center in Marion the daughter of Chuck Cockrum and Brandi Caldwell.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Macy and Marlie Cockrum; maternal grandparents, Steve and Wanda Caldwell, Benton; paternal grandmother, Shelby Cockrum, West City; several aunts; uncles; and cousins.

Baby Maggie was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Ross Cockrum.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2013, at Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory in Benton. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Jake Davis officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
