Rapper Tone Loc Collapses on Stage

Tone Loc collapsed on stage while performing at a concert in downtown Des Moines, Iowa Saturday, The Associated Press reports.

The 47-year-old rapper, whose real name is Anthony Smith, collapsed after finishing a song. Fans were asked to leave the show shortly thereafter, according to the Des Moines Register .

Smith's condition was unknown as of Sunday.

In 2009, the "Funky Cold Medina" singer collapsed and had a seizure on stage during a concert in Pensacola, Fla. His rep at the time said he had overheated, according to the AP.
